These are our house originals - built around Indian botanicals, fresh fruit, and flavour combinations you won't find in any cocktail recipe book.

Smokey Watermelon Gin and mezcal shaken with fresh watermelon juice, lime and a hint of rose.

Cinnamon Rush Bulleit Bourbon shaken with lemon juice and homemade infusions of vanilla and cumin. Served with a velvety layer of foam coated in cinnamon.

Blueberry-infused G&T Gin muddled with fresh blueberries and mint, spiced with lime leaf and cardamom. Served with Mediterranean tonic and finished with a touch of saffron.

Merlot, Bisou d'Or - Plump dark berries, cherry and plum with soft caramel, tobacco and a hint of bay. France.

Albana Vigna Rocca Biologisch - Amber-hued orange wine with aromas of ripe apricot, orange zest and wildflower. Full-bodied, textured and with a long finish. Italy.

K-Naia Rueda Verdejo - Fragrant nose with notes of kiwi, delicate citrus and herbaceous hints. Fresh and crisp on the palate. Spain.
