This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit mirimary.com, book a table, order pickup or delivery, contact us, apply for a job, or interact with our advertising and analytics.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact data, such as your name, email address and telephone number, when you make a reservation through Zenchef, submit a contact, events or careers form, or otherwise contact us.
• Booking details, including date, time, party size, special requests and any marketing preferences you choose.
• Technical data, including IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.
• Usage data, including pages viewed, clicks and referral source, through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Advertising interaction data when you arrive through Google Ads or Meta Ads, including configured conversion events such as completed bookings.

How we use data

• To take and manage reservations and orders.
• To answer contact, event and careers enquiries.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To measure marketing performance and show relevant advertising where you consent to non-essential cookies.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, we process personal data to perform a contract, based on consent, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Processors and tools

We use trusted providers to operate our services, including Webflow for website hosting, Cloudflare for security and content delivery, Zenchef for reservations, Cookiebot for cookie consent, Google services including Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Search Console, Meta for advertising, and delivery partners such as Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only when needed to provide our services, with authorities where legally required, or with your consent.

Retention

We retain booking and enquiry data only for as long as necessary for operations, customer service and applicable legal retention requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, including through Cookiebot settings. Contact [email protected]. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
